Downtown Campbell Farmers’ Market, presented annually by the Urban Village Farmer’s Market Association, is one of the South Bay’s top year-round urban farmers’ markets. It takes place every Sunday morning from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm rain or shine, with the exception of the Oktoberfest and Boogie Music Festival on Sundays. Regional California growers, along with a wide range of arts and crafts vendors and food and beverage stalls from top area restaurants and coffee shops, offer an impressive array of locally-grown produce. The event creates a lively, community-oriented environment, allowing locals and tourists alike to hang around at other partner downtown businesses after the market to do business. Established in the 1960s as the PruneYard Shopping Center, it includes a DoubleTree by Hilton as of July 2017, as well as a cinema originally built in 1964 and three office towers built in 1970, one of which is the tallest building in the city outside downtown San Jose, in addition to shops and inns.

Orchard City Kitchen with Campbell’s Pruneyard Shopping Center is a chef-led fine-dining restaurant that focuses on modern American small plates driven by ingredients. The restaurant is owned and run by executive chef Jeffrey Stout, who, alongside expert bar director Perry Hewitt, brings Michelin-star restaurant experience to the company. Seven days a week, breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner service are served, featuring locally grown and farm-to-table ingredients in dishes such as spicy lobster dumplings, fried Korean chicken, and wagyu from Australia. Brunch highlights include Louie’s Dungeness crab, ricotta pancakes, and fried lobster rice, with comprehensive all-day beer, wine, coffee, and cocktail menus. In the main dining room of the restaurant, fixed-price family-style dinners are also available nightly for groups of 10 to 12.

Downtown Campbell is also home to some amazing parks, schools, public libraries and schools for its citizens to enjoy. John D. Morgan Park, 540 W Rincon Ave, Campbell, CA 95008, United States
For all ages, John D Morgan Park is a perfect place. There’s a car park on Budd’s side. There is a large play structure with swings for the older kids, and a smaller one with a see-saw for the 2-5-year-olds. Under both, there are wood chips on the field, and if you carry a bucket and spade it will extend the playtime a little further out.
They’ve got public bathrooms, a picnic area, BBQs, and a wide-open field.
They have another car park on the other side of the park with another okay structure, as well as basketball courts.
Around the edge, there’s plenty of shade and a wide, well-kept field to run and play in. The grass is frequently cut, and people clean up after their dogs, for the most part, so secure for the littles to run around.

The park is located between Downtown Campbell and Highway 17, at the intersection of Campbell Avenue and Gilman Avenue. Campbell Park offers a number of children’s play facilities, two full-length, night-lit (until 10 p.m.) basketball courts with terraced spectator seats, par-course facilities, small open turf areas, bathrooms, and is a major access point to the Los Gatos Creek Trail linking Vasona Park to Downtown San Jose and Los Gatos’ Lexington Reservoir. The park provides a very small number of first-come, first-served picnic tables. Dogs are permitted to ride on a leash through the park to access the Los Gatos Creek Trail.

In San Jose, California, the Winchester Mystery House is a mansion that was once the private home of Sarah Winchester, the widow of William Wirt Winchester, a weapons magnate. The Queen Anne Style Victorian mansion is located at 525 South Winchester Blvd. in San Jose, renowned for its scale, its architectural curiosities, and its absence of any master building plan. It is a declared historical landmark of California and is listed on the Historic Places National Register. It is privately owned and acts as an attraction for visitors. Since its completion in 1886, many have reported that the property and mansion have been haunted by the ghosts of those killed with Winchester rifles. Under the day-to-day direction of Winchester, its “from-the-ground-up” building continued without interruption around the clock, by some accounts, until her death on September 5, 1922, at which time work immediately ceased.
