When I walked in for my first appointment, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable which has continued throughout my time at Pace. The team took the time to listen to my concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan that is aligned with my doctor and also the sport I am so eagerly to play again. Throughout my sessions, they have provided clear explanations of each exercise and technique, and course corrected when needed. We have been able to increase intensity as time has gone by.
